Dr. Stephen Dalrymple is a Mayo trained, board certified neurosurgeon in New Bern, NC. He has performed nearly 10,000 spine surgeries over a career spanning 30 years, serving eastern NC and the surrounding communities. Dr. Dalrymple earned his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences and completed his internship and residency at the Mayo Clinic. He is affiliated with CarolinaEast Medical Center in New Bern, NC.
Dr. Dalrymple specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal conditions including low back pain, herniated discs, cervical myelopathy, degenerative disc disease, radiculopathy, nerve root, spinal stenosis, sciatica, spinal cord tumors and injuries. He also treats conditions that require total disc replacement for both cervical and lumbar patients.

After transitioning from military service to a career in healthcare, Robin found her passion in the operating room. Since 2016, she has worked as a Surgical First Assist, bringing dedication, skill, and compassion to the surgical team she serves. Her military background and years of surgical experience have shaped her into a dependable and committed professional with a genuine passion for helping others.
